This privacy notice has been prepared with respect to your camera images collected, stored, and processed by the Company in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK, titled “Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform”, and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The general principles in Article 4 of the Law are taken into account when fulfilling the obligation to inform.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your camera images are processed and recorded for the limited purposes of ensuring physical premises and building security, ensuring personal security, tracking requests and complaints, creating and monitoring guest and visitor entry and exit records, carrying out emergency management processes, providing information to legally authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, improving service quality, and creating visual data in legal situations.
No privacy violation is committed in imaging activities, and security purposes are not exceeded.
TRANSFER OF CAMERA IMAGES TO THIRD PARTIES AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Your personal data and camera images may be transferred, for the purposes of providing information to legally authorized persons, institutions, and organizations and creating visual data in legal situations, to all judicial authorities and other legally authorized third parties and institutions, the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement authorities, your authorized attorneys, regulatory and supervisory authorities, and official authorities.
METHOD AND LEGAL GROUND FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your data are collected through image recording from security cameras installed to ensure the security of the building/facility and other persons, including entrance doors, the visitor waiting area, and floor corridors inside the service building, for the purposes stated above. Your image data are collected and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2-ç of the Personal Data Protection Law, namely “it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation”, and Article 5/2-f, namely “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.”
YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law, the Company informs personal data subjects of their rights and guides them on how to exercise these rights. Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the Company, you have the right to request:
To learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if your personal data have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in Turkey or abroad; to request correction if your personal data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK, without prejudice to our Company’s legal obligations; to request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred; and to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems.
You have the right to request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your written application with a wet signature under Article 11 of the Law by hand delivery to our address at Kore Sehitleri Cd. Yaprak Apt. The requests included in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
